Administrative Case Study

Some of the Administrative tasks that I can help you perform are managing your calendars, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and organizing files. One of my specialties is Excellent Customer Service! I can take orders, schedule appointments, conduct surveys, and respond to customers via email, chat, or even over the phone.

Managing Calendars,
Scheduling Appointments
and Time Management

I utilize the Asana time-management app. I have assisted my clients with their time management through the use of Asana. By using my time management skills to assist in creating schedules that meet the demands of the customers.  Managing multiple calendars and schedules, for example, in one of the clinical settings, I managed 12 doctors' schedules. I have helped many clients with time management and scheduling.

Preparing Documents

I am proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, producing and modifying Word documents, and PDFs. Based on information gathered and combined inside of Excel, I have created various PowerPoint Slide Presentations which I have presented to staff members over zoom many times. I highly enjoy creating fillable PDFs as well as PowerPoint Presentations. Presented here is a GIF created from one of my PowerPoint Presentations.

Editing Documents & PDFs

The first image, I edited this PDF to create a beautiful layout that draws the eye down the page. Before it was plain text with zero breaks. I also added the logo to the PDF which makes the document feel welcoming and professional.

The second image is the original PDF. The third image is the revised PDF that I helped to edit and create a more pleasing eye catching document while adding more detailed information into this Capabilities Statement. You will notice my attention to detail as well as the precision with which I work.

Organizing Files & Email Management

If your email is overflowing or your files are all scattered about, I can help as am a highly proficient organizer. As I work, I keep all files organized and properly named to help throughout the process and for later ease of use. As a professional, I can respond to emails in a professional manner. If you are wondering, my legal name is Lori but I go by my nickname Ali.
