Graphic Design Case Studies

Visualize and create graphic designs including illustrations, logos, layouts, photo editing, hand drawn illustrations and basic animation using Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Fresco (Ipad and Apple Pencil), Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Let me shape the visual aspects you desire for your website, book, magazine, email campaigns, social media and more.

Canva Designs

Very Proficient in using Canva. In addition to producing visually appealing and action-inspiring social media posts, I can also produce visual soundbites, mp4s, and mp3s. Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are tools I frequently utilize together.

Adobe Fresco on
Ipad with Apple Pencil

Here are a handful of my drawings created on the iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil. The first image is a visual of yarn with branded text overlaid on it. The second illustration is a selfie-based watercolor and mixed media art piece. The following picture you see is a hand-drawn illustration of an electric spinning wheel. The extremely challenging final image is called Rainbow Kitty. Each color in this image was manually chosen from the rainbow to have the same hue in order to provide a seamless rainbow appearance. If you zoom closer, you can see the variations in pressure used to hand-paint each part.

03

Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

I was contacted to help with the design of this children's book. Each page needed a great deal of work since it was initially painted by hand. All editing was done in Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. The images all required a resolution increase. For the best printing results, colors that were outside of the CMYK gamut had to be corrected. I had to manually paint the margins to match the artwork in order to enlarge the illustrations to fill the entire width of the book.  It was necessary to switch to Live Type for the typeset. Designed the cover and changed the book's size to better fit the images.

Animation

I am still new to creating animations using Adobe Fresco but here is what I have accomplished thus far...
